Prices and seats
Basic costs $59.99/month or $599/year (single user). Small Business costs $129.99/month or $1,299/year and includes 5 total users, with additional monthly users billed at $6/user/month beyond that. Business costs $299.99/month or $2,999/year and includes 10 total users, with additional monthly users billed at $3/user/month beyond that. Annual-plan additional-user pricing is not yet defined and is not billed. Enterprise pricing is arranged directly with Brownexus. All prices are shown before applicable taxes.
Trials, promotions, and payment methods
Self-service plans include a 30-day trial. Promotions may be percentage, fixed, limited, repeating, permanent, or courtesy when configured. Standard trials require a valid Stripe payment method before activation. Authorized 100% permanent courtesy promotions may waive the payment method requirement only when explicitly configured.
Processing, receipts, and invoices
Stripe processes payment methods, subscriptions, invoices, receipts, renewals, cancellations, and payment status. Brownexus synchronizes subscription state from Stripe webhooks.
Failed payment, restriction, and reactivation
After a failed payment, Brownexus may notify the billing contact, allow a grace period, and restrict product access after expiration while keeping account and billing access available. Successful payment recovery restores access to retained data.
Cancellation, taxes, refunds, and plan changes
Cancellation normally applies at period end. Taxes may apply depending on Stripe and Brownexus configuration. Refunds are not automatic unless required by law or approved by Brownexus. Plan and seat changes may change recurring charges.
