Business Workspace & Member Terms

The Small Business, Business, or Enterprise purchaser/admin represents that they have authority to create the organization workspace and accept commercial obligations. The organization is responsible for subscription charges. Invited members are not independently charged by Brownexus.

Small Business includes 5 total users; additional monthly users beyond that add $6/user/month to the organization subscription. Business includes 10 total users; additional monthly users beyond that add $3/user/month. Annual-plan additional-user pricing is not yet defined and is not billed. Resending an invitation should not create another seat charge for the same invited member; only active members count toward billable seats.

Owners/admins manage invitations, roles, removal, responsibilities, and workspace access. Removed members lose access. If the subscription expires, the whole workspace may be restricted while data is retained.
