Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy

Canceling, payment failure, or restricted access does not automatically delete customer data. Brownexus retains workspace data so access can be restored after reactivation when technically and legally appropriate.

Users may request account deletion. Business workspaces may require owner/admin authority and may affect members. Brownexus may retain billing records, logs, backups, support records, and legally required information.

Backups and logs may persist for operational, security, disaster recovery, dispute, or compliance needs. Specific retention windows may vary by provider and configuration.
